When my sons left home to seek higher education they not only had to face the challenge of adjusting to a new norm of life but also of missing out on tasty and nutritious home cooked food.
So, I looked for options to help overcome the food issue and by accident stumbled upon a process called Freeze Drying. I learned that food when freeze dried retained 98% of its nutritional value and without the aid of chemical preservatives could be, with the right packaging, preserved for a very long time.
