Chicken Tikka Masala is a popular dish from India that is characterized by its rich and flavorful sauce. This dish typically features marinated pieces of chicken that are grilled or roasted and then simmered in a tomato-based sauce that is seasoned with a blend of spices, including cumin, coriander, turmeric, and garam masala. The result is a dish that is bursting with flavor and has a creamy, velvety texture. The chicken is tender and juicy, and the sauce is both slightly spicy and slightly sweet, making it a perfect balance of flavors.
